About these terms
These terms describe use of Ball Escape: Ring Breaker and playballescape.com, provided by Carson Friscic. Questions can be sent to support@playballescape.com.
Use of the iPhone app is also subject to the Apple Standard End User License Agreement and applicable App Store terms. Nothing on this page limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
Your use of the game
You receive a personal license to use the game as permitted by the applicable app license. Game code, artwork, audio, names, and other materials remain the property of their respective owners or licensors.
Do not interfere with the game or its services, falsify purchases or ad completions, exploit rewards, distribute unauthorized copies, or use the service unlawfully. Restrictions do not prevent activities that applicable law expressly permits.
Purchases and virtual items
Coins, keys, Style Points, cards, and cosmetics are in-game features. They cannot be redeemed for money or transferred outside the game. Prices appear in Apple’s purchase confirmation. Purchases are optional and are processed by Apple.
Permanent unlocks and consumables behave differently. Read Purchases & Chest Odds before buying, including the disclosure of randomized card rewards. Refunds are handled through Apple, subject to applicable consumer rights.
Progress and availability
Game progress and consumable balances are saved locally. Uninstalling, changing devices, storage corruption, or operating-system behavior can remove that progress. We do not currently provide a cloud-save account or guarantee restoration of a deleted local balance.
The game and its features may change through updates. We aim to keep them working, but uninterrupted or error-free service is not guaranteed. Availability of ads, purchases, and online services can depend on third parties and connectivity.
Your rights and our responsibilities
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the game is supplied as available, and the Apple Standard End User License Agreement governs the app’s warranty and liability terms. Nothing here excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Your local mandatory consumer protections continue to apply. Contact us with a concern so we can try to resolve it.
Updates and contact
We may revise these terms when the product or applicable requirements change. The revision date is shown above, and material changes will be communicated as required.
