Know your rewards.

How purchases, keys, card chests, and restores work in Ball Escape.

Optional purchases

Purchases use Apple’s in-app purchase system. The confirmation sheet shows the current localized price, currency, and any applicable taxes. There are no subscriptions in the current product lineup.

Fast Forward changes the pace of gameplay; it does not change the authored reward amounts or odds. Product availability and prices may vary by storefront.

Keys and randomized card chests

Keys open chests containing Powerup card tokens. Keys can be earned in the game and are also included in some paid products, so those products can lead to randomized rewards.

Check the current odds in the game before buying or opening. Use View Chest Odds in the Shop or View Exact Chest Odds on the chest screen. Your current card levels and maxed cards affect the percentages.

  • The number of reward slots is selected uniformly within the chest’s displayed range.
  • Maxed cards are excluded. Lower-level eligible cards receive catch-up weighting.
  • Cards are selected without replacement while eligible choices remain. If fewer cards are eligible than reward slots, a card can appear again.
  • The in-game percentage describes the chance that a card appears at least once. It is not a percentage of the total tokens.
  • The total number of tokens stays within the range displayed for that chest and is divided among the selected rewards.
  • Buying keys does not improve the odds compared with using earned keys. Rewards have no cash value.

When cards or cosmetics are maxed

Chests are unavailable when all current Powerup cards are maxed. The key-only Key Cache purchase is disabled in that state. Keys included in mixed bundles can remain banked for future cards; this is not a promise of a particular future release date.

Style Points included in a bundle can likewise remain banked if you already own all current cosmetics.

Restores and local balances

To restore permanent purchases, open Shop → Restore Purchases with an internet connection and the Apple account used to buy them. Starter Pack ownership is permanent, but its included currency is granted once.

Consumable balances and game progress are held in the local save. They are not guaranteed to survive uninstall, device replacement, storage loss, or a device transfer. Restoring a purchase is not a cloud-save restore.

If a purchase succeeds but the contents do not arrive, keep the app installed and contact support.

Advertising and optional rewards

Automatic interstitials may appear at designated breaks in play and follow the game’s frequency limits. Remove Ads disables them. Rewarded ads are optional; rewards depend on a confirmed completion. Ad availability can vary with connectivity, consent choices, and provider inventory.

Advertising settings are available in Settings → Ad Privacy Options. See the Privacy Policy for data practices.

Billing and refunds

Apple handles billing and refund decisions for App Store purchases. Use reportaproblem.apple.com for a refund request. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
