Who we are
Ball Escape: Ring Breaker is developed and published by Carson Friscic, an individual developer. This policy covers the iPhone game and playballescape.com.
For privacy questions or requests, email support@playballescape.com.
Information and purposes
You can play without creating a game account or providing your name or email address.
- Game progress: levels, currencies, upgrades, cards, cosmetics, settings, and reward-processing records are saved on your device to make the game work and protect progress.
- Purchase information: Apple and RevenueCat process product identifiers, purchase history, entitlement status, and a randomly generated commerce identifier to deliver, verify, and restore purchases. We do not receive your payment-card number or Apple account password.
- Optional usage and diagnostics: in build 51 and later, PostHog analytics is off by default. If you enable Share Usage Analytics, the game sends gameplay, feature-use, purchase/ad outcomes, error, and performance events, with technical information such as app version and device platform. The integration disables session replay, person profiles, and GeoIP enrichment. Advertising and purchase services operate separately from this optional analytics choice.
- Advertising information: Google AdMob and its consent service can process device identifiers, IP-derived approximate location, ad interactions, and diagnostic information to deliver ads, measure performance, and prevent fraud. Processing depends on the service, region, permissions, and available choices.
- Support messages: if you contact us, we receive the information you choose to send and your email address so we can respond.

Providers may process information outside your country. Their policies describe their processing, retention, and international safeguards. We may also disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, protect rights, or respond to a security incident.
Advertising and analytics choices
Where applicable, the game uses Google’s consent flow before requesting ads. You can revisit available advertising choices in Settings → Ad Privacy Options. iOS privacy settings may provide additional controls. Optional rewarded ads are separate from automatic interstitials.
In build 51 and later, optional analytics is controlled separately in Settings → Share Usage Analytics. It is off until you turn it on. Turning it off stops future analytics collection and discards unsent analytics events; it does not automatically delete events already received by the provider. Earlier TestFlight builds sent usage and diagnostic events without this switch. Contact us about previously collected data or other privacy requests.
We do not sell personal information for money. Advertising-related disclosures or identifiers may be considered a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under some privacy laws. Available rights and choices depend on your location.
This website
This website does not include advertising tags, optional analytics, a mailing-list form, or optional tracking cookies. It does not ask you to sign up.
Our hosting infrastructure processes normal technical request information, such as IP addresses, requested pages, and timestamps, to deliver and protect the site. Following a link to another service is subject to that service’s own practices. Selecting an email link opens your email application; a message is sent only when you choose to send it.
Retention and security
Local progress stays on your device until it is removed, overwritten, or cleared. Secure purchase identifiers and duplicate-reward markers may survive uninstall on iOS. Apple and our service providers retain purchase or other records under their own obligations and retention settings.
We keep support and other information for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose described here, including resolving requests, protecting purchases, preventing fraud, and meeting legal obligations. Retention varies by the kind of information and the service involved; contact us with questions about a particular record.
We use platform storage and purchase-verification protections, but cannot guarantee that any storage or transmission method will be completely secure.
Your privacy requests
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent where processing relies on it, or appeal a decision. You may also be able to complain to your local privacy authority.
Contact support@playballescape.com with your request. We may ask for limited information to locate the record and verify that it belongs to you. Please do not send passwords or payment-card details. Some records must be retained for legal, security, or purchase-verification purposes.
Deleting the app generally removes ordinary local progress; it does not automatically delete provider-held information or secure purchase records. There is no separate Ball Escape login account to delete.
Children
Ball Escape is not directed to children under 13 or the applicable minimum digital-consent age where they live. We do not knowingly seek personal information from those children. A parent or guardian who believes a child has supplied personal information should contact us so we can review it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the game, providers, or available controls change. The date above identifies the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated as required.
